#016 — Manuscript Complete
The draft of the manuscript is complete.
Yes! The manuscript is done.
Three years of active work, begun as a sabbatical after my move to Vietnam following the pandemic. Carried across countries, cities, mornings, drafts, and revisions. It has arrived.
Words like Insane. Wow. This is done. Mark this moment.
I have an editor who has held the manuscript with me for the past six months. The work now moves toward beta readers.
Today I am letting it land.
Sometimes accomplishment is itself the turning point. WOW!
